Marxist or Christian?

There was a time during our nation's founding, and for 200 years thereafter, where the belief in God was wide spread and that belief impacted our culture, institutions, government, laws, families, economy, and more. In fact, the basic understanding of right and wrong came from the Judeo-Christian beliefs and the resulting laws & culture were adapted as beneficial to a safe and secure population  - even by those who did not actually accept Christian "Faith Beliefs."

"We hold these truths to be self-evident ...."

Marxism is a method of socioeconomic analysis that uses a materialist interpretation of historical development to understand class relations and social conflict, as well as a dialectical perspective to view social transformation. It originates from the works of 19th-century German philosophers Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. It denies the existence of God.

Christianity starts with the belief in The Creator God, and that He sent His Son to pay the price for the sins of all who will call upon His Son Jesus Christ as Savior and are forgiven of their sins and will have eternal life. Sin is individual and forgiveness is on an individual basis. The sin is not undone, nothing we do can make it as if the sin did not exist. There is also nothing we can do to confer upon someone who is unwilling to accept Christ as Savior the benefits of Salvation. We can only point others to the source.

Nations can be Blessed. “Blessed is the Nation whose God is the Lord.” “If My People …. I will heal their land.” “My People” are people who are called by his name, Christians. There are many Blessings of being in a nation whose God is the Lord. There is also nothing we can do to confer upon a Nation whose people are unwilling to accept Christ as Savior the benefits of being a Blessed Nation. We can only point others to the source.

Could these facts be the source of Perceived Privilege?

"White Privilege?" From our founding until 1970, 85% of Americans were White & Christian. Is there any Nation in which it is not an advantage to be part of the vast majority who established the nation. Predominantly Black Nations? Predominantly Islamic Nations?

See Our Study Of Slavery

Today, the issue of Slavery is once again raised. A basic truth about Slavery is that Slavery existed for Thousands of Years on every Continent among virtually every Race. In Africa, Slavery had always been wide spread as tribes & nations conquered neighboring people to enslave them to do undesirable work. Existing Slaves were sold among the Tribes & some were sold by their own race to be transported to the "New World." After centuries of Slavery, the new nation of the USA, founded in 1776, abolished Slavery in less than 100 years of it's existence.

Everyone in America who voted to Free The Slaves was a White Man.

Everyone in America who voted to give the Vote to Blacks was a White Man.

The Answer To Peace & Justice In America Is The Return To What America Was Established Upon . . .  Our God Who Is Greater Than Any Party, Movement, Race.

The Jewish People were led by God to the Promised Land but due to their lack of Faith and Obedient Action, they were denied entrance. Americans are living in the Christian Promised Land if we abide by the instruction / Promises from God as to having a "Blessed Nation." Will we keep it?

Sing-A-Long With Us

Psalm 98:4 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music;

Ephesians 5:19 speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the LORD,

Psalm 95:1-2 Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. 2 Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song.

I have journeyed through the long dark night

Out on the open sea, by faith alone

Sight unknown; and yet His eyes were watching me

The anchor holds

Though the ship is battered

The anchor holds

Though the sails are torn

I have fallen on my knees as I face the raging seas

The anchor holds in spite of the storm

I've had visions, I've had dreams

I've even held them in my hand

But I never knew they would slip right through

Like they were only grains of sand

The anchor holds

Though the ship is battered

The anchor holds

Though the sails are torn

I have fallen on my knees as I face the raging seas

The anchor holds in spite of the storm

I have been young but I'm older now

And there has been beauty these eyes have seen

But it was in the night, through the storms of my life

Oh, that's where God proved His love for me

The anchor holds

Though the ship's been battered

The anchor holds

Though the sails are torn

I have fallen on my knees as I face the raging seas

The anchor holds in spite of the storm

I have fallen on my knees as I face the raging seas

The anchor holds in spite of the storm
